Team Chaos is a competitive dragon boat crew based at the Toronto Sailing & Canoe Club. 2011 marks our crew's 12th season. We train together nine months of the year and compete in five or six events per season.
Chaos is open to enquiries from experienced paddlers seeking a competitive program with a positive approach. For more detail please view the recruitment page.

Our team's goals are simple:
Work harder. Race faster. Have more fun.
This is recreation, so if it isn’t fun we don’t see the point. We’re a team with a wide range of backgrounds and we definitely enjoy the social aspects of our sport.
However we’ve found we have the most fun when we’re training hard and competing well. Doing that requires a constant effort to get more out of the time and ability we have in the boat. We ask each individual to strive for the small personal gains in fitness, focus and technique that, multiplied by 20, add up to a faster boat.
Chaos benefits from stable leadership, experienced coaching and a dedicated core. We make sure our paddlers get the guidance and encouragement they need to be better paddlers. Better means faster. Faster means more fun. And we're all about that kind of fun.

Recruitment for 2011
Teams Chaos will be shaping the 2011 season around sport regatta racing.
Events include:
- OHDBC 3K (May 28)
- Lachine Knockout (June 11)
- GWN Sport Regatta (July 16)
- GWN Challenge (September 10-11)
We will most likely make a road trip to an exotic location at some point in the season. In season Chaos practices twice a week with occasional weekend practices and some OC sessions thrown into the mix.
